Tati’s Special Home Fries

Why are they so special? Because you can have them anytime of day! With eggs at breakfast or even a great side dish with my favorite flank steak recipe below!

Ingredients:

2 pounds of bliss red potatoes – quartered
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
½ tablespoon cayenne powder
2 tablespoons of fresh, chopped parsley
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Kosher salt to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375° Combine quartered potatoes with onion, garlic and cayenne powder and olive oil. Spread evenly on a greased baking sheet ( use a little olive oil or non-stick spray – I prefer olive oil). Bake for about 25 minutes, flip the potatoes about mid way through. Sprinkle with the fresh parsley after baking and top with kosher salt to taste.
