Ingredients:
12 oz. Ground turkey
2 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
½ tablespoon of dried or fresh Rosemary
2 tablespoons of dried onion
4 slices of Swiss cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Shape the mixtures into four burgers and cook on medium heat for about four minutes on each side. Top with Swiss cheese and cover for about two more minutes so the cheese can melt. Serve on burger buns with spinach or lettuce and tomato.
