I missed the first ingredient of a pasta dish that was being prepared by a chef at Aero’s in Bay Ridge, on Friday, Jan. 14 12:30 am. the 2nd ingredeint was Calamari, white wine, tomato sauce, parsley, salt & pepper. The linguine was black and only required to be boiled for 4 min. It was added directly to the frying pan for an additional min. I looked great. Can you please funish the recipe?

You might want to check out Fornino, which has two locations, Williamsburg and Park Slope. Executive Chef Michael Ayoub also provides the food service at his alma mater, Xaverian H.S., Bay Ridge.

One of the best, if not the best, restaurants in Downtown Brooklyn is Queen Italian Restaurant on Court Street near Livingston Street. The parish is St. Charles Borromeo on Sydney Place.
Very highly recommended. Hope to see it on next season.

Breaking Bread is very interesting and different from the usual food shows. It is a refreshing addition to the NET.

I have been to several of the restaurants fetured on the show. There are many that I still want to visit, and I will. The show is lots of fun to watch. My wife Marie and I were both born in Brooklyn and still live there. We just love the show. Marie’s family lives in Father Jamie’s parish and know him from Mary Queen of Heaven. They just love him.
