On tonight’s edition of Currents, we have much more on the controversial contraception mandate. As we’ve been reporting, the rule requires most religious organizations to cover contraception, sterilization and some abortion inducing drugs in their employee health care plans.
The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops have been forthright in their opposition to the mandate. After first providing six things people need to know about the mandate, the bishops conference Media Relations Director Sister Mary Ann Walsh today provide six more things people need to know.
