We’ve already brought you the sights and the sounds of the Feast of Giglio, which takes place very July in this Brooklyn neighborhood. And one position considered a place of prominence is the Capo of the feast. And Pat Grande has waited a long time to get there, and tonight, he’s our “I-Witness.”
