Thousands descended on Washington Monday for the 38th Annual March for Life. And while that is the main event for some, there have been other events taking place around the country to observe the anniversary of the Supreme Court’s 1974 Roe v. Wade decision legalizing abortion across the U.S.

One event was last week’s morning of prayerful remembrance and intercession that took place at New York’s St. Patrick Cathedral – co-sponsored by the post abortion referral network Lumina and the NY Respect Life office. Many came together to pray for everyone touched by abortion.
