Families around the diocese are noting something new at their local Catholic schools – new names, and new titles. What used to be called a “school” is now known as an ”academy.” What does it all mean?

Not long ago, our Matt McClure sat down with a couple people who can answer that: Superintendent of Schools, Thomas Chadzutko and Secretary of Catholic Education and Formation, Sister Angela Gannon. We’ll be checking in with them all week, as part of Catholic Schools Week. And tonight, the topic is academies.
