Church weighs in on Cuomo budget proposals 1/19/12

This week, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo introduced his 2012-2013, $132-billion state budget. In his address, Cuomo touched on issues including job creation, economic stimulus, education and even abortion rights.
The governor’s budget, which the Legislature must pass before April 1st, may fall short on some key issues in its current outline, according to the state’s Catholic bishops.
