The Year for Priests is not only a time to recognize the service of men who have dedicated their lives to this vocation – it is also a chance to encourage new vocations. So where will our next priests come from?

We found out on Tuesday when five men who, this time next year will be priests, took the next step in their journey.

They were ordained as deacons and we were there at the Seminary of the Immaculate Conception on Huntington, Long Island.
