The Three Kings celebration at one Brooklyn church was also an education. St. Saviour Parish in Park Slope used the occasion of yesterday’s feast to teach young people about the meaning behind the observance. Following Mass, everyone headed downstairs for a gathering that was “all things Three Kings.”

Very interesting to see a Catholic “Festa de Reis” (Three Kings Celebration) in English, which we never associate with USA!

Even better to see my grand-nephew Thiago, son to my niece Paula, daughter of my brother Marcos, speaking in English so nicely!
