Giglio
What began in the Italian village of Nola generations ago now spills into the streets of Williamsburg, Brooklyn every summer, celebrating the feast in honor of St. Paulinus. And celebrate, they do, with one of the most spectacular displays of physical strength – and faith – imaginable: dozens of men hoisting a four-ton tower on their shoulders. You have to see it to believe it. And you’re about to see it…as we take you to the Feast of the Giglio.
