A lot of New Yorkers crowded into Rockefeller Center to watch the lighting of the fabled Christmas tree – the largest and most famous in the city. Who needs that when we have something almost as grand right here in Brooklyn? This is truly spectacular – reportedly, the second largest Christmas tree in New York City, and the largest one in our borough. Last night, they held the annual tree lighting for this historic landmark, at Good Shepherd Church in Marine Park. We didn’t want to miss it – so we dropped by to get a real idea of how “a tree glows in Brooklyn.”
