What is the future of Catholic education? It’s a question that’s
filled with uncertainty – and the numbers paint a picture that’s
anything but pretty. In the last year alone, 162 Catholic schools in
the U.S. have closed or been consolidated, with only 31 new schools
opening.
Many are staying positive and looking for new ways to tackle this
challenge, including those who gathered last night at a local parish.
