With more people using the internet to communicate, the United States Postal Service is seeing a lot less business. And to meet its costs, the agency is proposing a two cent increase in stamp prices come January 2011.

While two cents might not sound like a lot, if you’re someone that relies on mailings, and sends out a lot of letters, it could become very expensive. That’s what Ingrid Rojas discovered when she spoke with a local pastor.
