One day after the 39th Anniversary of Roe v Wade, the Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion—hundreds of thousands of pro-life activists from all walks of life, gathered at the National Mall in Washington, D.C. to speak out against that controversial and politically charged ruling.
We heard from Nellie Gray, who founded the March for Life, and politicians including House Speaker John Boehner as well as clergy all addressing the right to life issue—a few with fiery sermons that uplifted the attendees.
Tablet reporter Antonina Zielinska was in Washington D.C. covering the march. She spoke with our Liz Faublas.
