There are many ways to get fit: lifting weights, running, riding a bike. How about line dancing? This popular low impact, mind-body workout had been around for centuries giving people the usual benefits of dancing: like cardio, strong bones – and socializing.

Every Sunday men and women come together Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Astoria, Queens – to get in step.
