Queens students walk for their school’s future 6/02/11

What would motivate you to get off the couch, lace up your sneakers and walk? Last week, at Immaculate Conception School in Astoria the students traded in their uniforms and dress shoes for t-shirts and sneakers. Their motivation? Health played a part in it, but as they exercised their legs, it was the future of their school that was on their minds.
